Sydney based, delivered express
Every TOMI BEAUTY order is picked and packed with care from our studio at Suite 17, 89/97 Jones Street, Ultimo, NSW 2007. We currently deliver to Australian addresses only and use express post for every order.
Shipping rates
Express delivery is complimentary when your order subtotal is $100 AUD or more after discounts. Orders under $100 are charged a flat $12.95 express shipping fee. The available rate and any free-shipping qualification are shown at checkout before payment.
Processing and delivery
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within one business day. Orders placed after 12pm Sydney time, on weekends or on NSW public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 1–3 business days. Regional and remote destinations may take longer.
Tracking, addresses and authority to leave
A tracking link is emailed when your parcel leaves our studio. Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us promptly if it needs to be corrected; we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. Carrier safe-drop and collection arrangements are governed by the carrier terms selected for your address.
Delays, loss and damaged parcels
Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Severe weather, public holidays and carrier disruptions can cause delays outside our control. If tracking has not updated for five business days, contact us so we can lodge an enquiry. If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and products and contact us within seven days.
